Master Trust Agreement, Trust I Sponsor Agreement, Trust I It is important that if you are receiving SSI benefits, you be placed in the trust specifically designed for SSI recipients. Please determine through your attorney, or other knowledgeable professional, whether you receive SSI benefits.
